The Alabama Code, 4-2-33 (1975) gives the Department of Aeronautics general supervision over all phases of aeronautics within the state. These files contain information on search and rescue policies of the ADA and information on specific search and rescue requests. This series also contains information on the Civil Air Patrol in Alabama and civil defense.
